On Brown and Balls

Both Brown and Balls are profoundly weird. They may be clever. But they are also undeniably emotionally stunted. Neither possesses an ounce of charm or any other characteristic that makes people likeable. They bear an uncanny resemblance to Edward Heath.

  1. Ed Balls recently shot up in my personal estimation when he was widely quoted as describing Tony Blair as a Moron [1] – with all due apologies to any remaining intellectually challenged readers here who feel offended by any such comparison.

Unfortunately, in a interview shortly afterwards with John Humphreys during the BBC Today programme, Ed Balls vehemently denied ever suggesting it.

  2. “Rolls Royce brain” – aw, chuck it. He was a clever boy, all right, but hell he did a degree in (I think) History. The Rolls Royce brains in Edinburgh back then were studying quite different subjects. He is undeniably brainier than the Loathsome Wee Twat but that is setting the bar very low.

  3. Balls might have got high marks at university.

But a history degree – big deal. When I went in the mid 80s, and as long as you had only one head, a pulse and no tail, you could get through a liberal arts degree. It isn’t very hard.

As I sit here doing my PAYE returns and my VAT as a small business owner, I reckon Brown and his pals, for all their so called high intelligence, haven’t got a clue how jobs are created.

I don’t mean non jobs paid for out of taxes, but jobs that are funded exclusively from the sale of goods and/or services to customers who can choose not to buy.

Brown, Balls and Co haven’t got a clue where jobs come from. Not a clue. I’d like to hear them asked. It would be like asking my 6 year old where babies come from.

If they did, there is no way they would allow for such stupid, mindnumbing paperwork. No way.
