  1. Leslie was one of the most irritating MPs in the last Parliament. He was given the task of justifying new constitutional arrangements that would separate the legislature, judiciary, etc. He went over and over his prepared text like a Mormon at the front door, always falling back on the axiom that we must separate the legislature etc etc without ever explaining why. I suspect the reason was some requirement by the stinking EU.
