French Culture: Dead

Or so says Time magazine. In an attempt at a defense, we get this:

Rather proves the original contention, doesn\’t it?

  1. He’s not really a philosopher anymore, more of a celebrity. He might have held eminence for a reason previously, but now its more attention due to previous prominence.
