Under the Sexual Offences Act, the definition of rape is making someone have sex when they don\’t want to. This is something women do to men all the time with impunity, because men never complain.

  1. But it is, as per much from the GMG and to be crude, bollocks. Under s1 or s5 SOA2003, the strictly defined offence of rape requires the use of a penis. Therefore women can’t do it (okay – unless you might just be a pre-op m-2-f trannie so legally a femail-ish but still with a dick).
