Rilly HuffPo? Beheading coowrkers is not a little odd at the Huffington Post then?

  1. Hysterical laughter:

The perp was shot by the COO!

The type of exec the Dick wants to enforce the Fair Tax Mark…

  2. It’s the “accused of” that gets me – it was blatantly him. Are they afraid of being sued for libel if he is found not guilty?

  3. @Andrew M, they’re entirely reasonably afraid of being jailed for contempt (and getting him off because a fair trial isn’t possible) if they declare him guilty before a court has.

  4. He’s a Muslim convert who harangued is co-workers about women in the workplace. On those grounds decapitation isn’t so odd after all.

  5. Perhaps they’re afraid of on of those ‘anti-Moslem backlashes’ (that always seem to miss and land on Jews instead, at least in Europe).

  6. I seriously doubt that “reporting about a case” covers pre-empting the verdict under first amendment rights. But as a non specialist, will rest my case.

Also, back OT, “acted a little odd” is a direct quote, so difficult to see what’s more than a little odd about Huffpo using it in their headline.

  7. I think it will take an on air decapitation or newsroom massacre by an aggrieved RoPer for the liberal media to examine the link between Islam and violence.

  8. So Much for Subtlety

Ljh – “I think it will take an on air decapitation or newsroom massacre by an aggrieved RoPer for the liberal media to examine the link between Islam and violence.”

Naah. Not even that. It would have to be something they care about. A lesser spotted owl perhaps. A dolphin maybe.

  9. Still not sure if this is copied form the Guardian or a parody. Please help me.

There are more important things to be concerned with in the United States, such as the right of Muslims to practice Sharia law, and whether blacks are being gunned down in huge numbers by racist whites.

Today, the world mourns the double civil rights violations (bigoted racism and religious persecution) that occurred in Oklahoma. The incident in question involved Alton Nolen, a black man and a practicing Muslim.

Nolen came to the factory office of his former employer, seeking a quiet place to practice his religion, free from fear or persecution. What he got was a bullet, after he mindfully severed one infidel’s head and was in the process of sacrificing another.
