Police are investigating members of the House of Lords after one peer, Lord Hanningfield, was found to have abused his Parliamentary expenses.

And:

  1. To be fair, it’s not like the Telegraph didn’t name him as a Conservative in other stories about expenses.
    Clicking on one of the related links gives the quote “There is no suggestion that the former Conservative broke any rules”.

    Another side-bar link here they mention he’s a Tory in the title.

    Doesn’t really appear to be a consistent bias.
