They haven’t tried Gerry Adams or Martin McGuiness yet: unlike Lord Haw-haw or Sir Roger Casement.
Treason is a common law offence so it would require mens rea and I doubt that Jeremy Coprbyn is capable of that since he believes that he is always right.
