These are allegations in a court case

Not proof of anything:

A woman falsely claimed 15 men had raped and sexually assaulted her and saw one of them jailed for seven years, a court heard.
Jurors heard how Jemma Beale made the allegations over three years, telling police she was gang raped in the street, attacked in a pub and assaulted by a group of men with a piece of barbed wire.

Of course, false claims of rape are so rare that we just shouldn’t even really think of it as a thing.

Although I do seem to recall that when Baroness Whoeveritwas went through all of the numbers false allegations were of at least the same order of magnitude as convictions when measure from initial claim all the way through to final disposal of said allegation…..

  1. A woman who keeps making repeated allegations over several years should automatically bring up red flags.

There is a shibboleth in femmi-circles that woman who has been raped is more likely to be raped again.

It is possible for lightning to strike twice but highly unlikely unless the woman has a higher risk lifestyle–prostitute etc.

More likely that a woman who has made one successful false allegation is likely to make others for the same twisted reasons as the first. I suspect that may be the origin of the femmi-shib refered to above

  2. Mr Ecks:“A woman who keeps making repeated allegations over several years should automatically bring up red flags.”

    THIS! x1000

  3. Absence of Anna Raccoon sorely felt here.

Does anyone know if the ‘resurrected’ Anna Racoon at annaracoon.blog and @annaraccoon2017 is the real deal?

  4. @MrEcks, any idea what’s going on? It’s difficult to piece together from the bits and bobs.

  5. A proven false allegation should entitle the original respondent to civil damages for loss of reputation, AND should incur the same penalty as the respondent would have received had the allegation led to a conviction.

I went to the paper to check. You weren’t joking.

I can’t say any more. I’ll get called out for something unacceptable.

  7. Enormously fat and ugly woman keeps getting raped by different men over the years?

It’s becoming like those Communist states where the most obvious lies were told and you had to act as though they were true.

  8. To be fair to the prosecution, they seem to be playing on the improbability of the accusations as well…

Interesting that the names of the innocent accused all seem to relate to one religion mind you – this seems to be the identity politics supporters worst nightmare, a lesbian repeatedly raped by Muslims, then turning out to be making false accusations.

Just a random (serious) question on the appearance issue – has anyone ever actually seen anything to suggest there is a link between attractiveness and liklihood of suffering rape (or making rape accusations). Logically if rape was prevalent shouldn’t attractive women be targetted?

  9. Watchman: Three years ago when the accusations started she was still an adult behemoth -not a little kid. Somewhat old to be groomed.

Maybe she has been mending a number of flying carpets to prepare the ground for her claims.

  10. Watchman – Dunno, but common sense suggests appearance plays a part, since it’s not physically possible to rape unless your ding dong is up to the task.

It’s also a crime of opportunity though, so vulnerable old ladies are sometimes targeted, particularly by druggie rapists.

Also, men have differing standards due to personality and culture. IIRC the Ayatollah’s book goes into quite a bit of detail about the etiquette of bonking ruminants.

Feminist theory, if I understand it right, insists rape is Patriarchy-sponsored sexual terrorism for the purpose of controlling womynkind, and has nothing to do with lust. (They also claim all heterosexual sex is rape).

I reckon it’s more about scummy loser men who can’t get a woman the normal way, acting on their sexual urges.

Surprise, surprise this is yet another theory based on zero to no actual real-world evidence but which has become holy writ.
Of course any professional who even tentatively questions the dogma risks their job, grants reputation etc.

Incidentally, when exactly is that much-vaunted ruthless patriarchy going to kick in and prevent feminism getting pretty much everything it wants virtually without a struggle?

  12. “Incidentally, when exactly is that much-vaunted ruthless patriarchy going to kick in and prevent feminism getting pretty much everything it wants virtually without a struggle?”

Ah you see, the Patriarchy is so all powerful that it can give women whatever they want, because its control over women is so all-encompassing it can ensure that women never ask for anything that the Patriarchy doesn’t want them to have!
