Double standards

This is the difficulty with the embodiment of fantasies. If it is not OK to masturbate into a replica of a child, why is it OK to do so with a replica of an adult female? For this is what is happening: an acceptance that catering to the sexual demands of men is lucrative and inevitable. This is part of a far bigger cultural question about the privileging of male desire. A technology driven by masturbatory fantasy is not a technology that enhances the lives of boringly unprogammable women. An actual revolution would be technology driven by a different set of “needs” altogether. But that’s the trouble with women. We demand.

Male fantasies, urgh, how awful. The female possession of a Rampant Rabbit is just so different, isn’t it?

  1. Insofar as female needs are more emotional than physical, they’ve been cheating on us with Mills & Boon paperback fantasies for decades now.

  2. True Andrew M.
And there a lot of shops selling handbags, make up and all sorts of stuff to fulfill female fantasies.

  3. If it was a choice between a relationship with any of the CiF wimmin or solitary wanking into a bucket I’d take the latter every time.

  4. Also, it might be distasteful, but if a nonce were made less prone to actual noncery by having a realistic doll to screw*, wouldn’t that be a good thing?

And you’d be able to identify said nonces prior to them actually offending.

    *assuming this is correct

Does this idiot really need to be told? REALLY?

Well…take it slowly…because sex with a child is illegal, and sex with an adult female is not.

Take a while to think about it.

  7. Why, Rob, should a (n adult female) sex doll be illegal in a sane world?

Now, if you want to get in to a discussion about what the right way of dealing with people attracted to under-age children is, there is actually a reasonable discussion that might, in a sane world, be had regarding substitution* versus suppression versus treatment** as the most effective (alone or in combination) to do what most of us want – protect children from sexual abuse.

    * i.e. CGI imagery, child sex dolls.
** It would be nice if there was some.

  8. Actually, it is possession of the likeness that is illegal. The wanking bit is irrelevant.

  9. MC,

“Also, it might be distasteful, but if a nonce were made less prone to actual noncery by having a realistic doll to screw*, wouldn’t that be a good thing?”

There is evidence that whenever porn is made available there is a drop in sexual offences and I suspect this would apply to nonces. I’ve listened to various radio programs and podcasts with researchers in this area and whilst they tend to be very coy about it on the radio they are more open on podcasts.

I’ll try and dig out some links when I get home.

  10. BiND – I read (following a discussion with someone on here a while ago) that the effect of porn on sex offences is arguable. One would assume that a realistic doll would be a better substitute than porn though. Also, unless a kiddy sex doll is proven to inflame unclean desires, I can’t see the point in making them illegal. All child abuse legislation is there to protect children, so anything that helps that shouldn’t be ruled out.

Having said all that, the whole sex doll thing is a bit weird and frankly creeps the fuck out of me. The more realistic they are the more they look like corpses! The dolls are far creepier than the owners.

  11. Well…take it slowly…because sex with a child is illegal, and sex with an adult female is not.

Perfectly true. But a nonce sticking their needle dick in a hole in a molded piece of plastic, what is that? Most reasonable people would say that was little more than masturbation with extra steps.

Just because the plastic is molded into a simulacrum of Justin Beiber, Taylor Swift or Ellie from The Last of Us video game does not suddenly grant them animus, it is still nothing more than a piece of plastic.

It may be that providing nonces with plastic simulacra is an effective way of reducing offending rates on actual children, crimes which our current justice system is finding hard to tackle because of high levels of recidivism amongst nonces whom even professionals find difficult to treat.

Certainly, such an approach would be an admission of failure, but don’t we treat heroin addiction in pretty much the same way in drug treatment programmes with the tax payer provision of Methadone?

Will somebody please think of the children?*

    * – Preferably not the nonces obviously…

  12. @John Galt

Lord, it’s almost like the drive to have sex is programmed into us all.

Next you’ll be telling me that there’s a correlation between sexually repressed people and the incidence of rape and sexual assault when they are taken to more liberal places. If only there was somewhere where we could see such a situation.

  13. Yes. In every society where there has been a step-change from restriction of pornography to availability of pornography, there has been an equivalent drop in rates of sexual offences.

This was an accepted fact among the Left about two decades ago. Recently the rise of loony feminism has made it less acceptable, and the tide is turning against it, which suggests Progressive opinion tends to flip 180 degrees every generation or two – what used to be dogma becomes heresy.

  14. Do these sex dolls come with their own lubricant or do you have to provide it yourself.
    Asking for a friend, obviously.

  15. @Bloke in France – Everything you could ever want to know is on Amazon.com.

This generation of dolls is equipped with an integral heating system, that maintains the internal temperature resembling a human body of 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit : a technology that brings a realism by unequal sensations.

With this new R.H.S.-V4-2012 silicone, the diffusion of heat is made in a homogenous manner and perfectly stable in the usage, without modification or premature aging of the silicone.

The entirety of the body is heated, up to the extremities (hands and feet) which are less heated, to simulate the lukewarmness of a real human body. Because of this, if the external power supply is disconnected, the temperature will gradually descend by about 1 degree per hour.

All dolls are made by domestic stylists. From design to production, to the prototype of achievement, every step is made by numerous modification and improvement. Finger:

There are bones in the fingers which can make various gestures. There is realistic detailed texture design, hard to hear true and false.

Pubes: There are two kinds, with pubes and without pubes. The pubes are made of real wool ,and rooted one by one by manual work, seem more lifelike. The default is the doll without pubes for shipment.

Vagina structure: The vagina is arising from the mud draft made by the master with 40 years of experience engaged in the wax statue carving,so it is very realistic. There are two models for the vagina, a integrated one and a separated one.
A integrated one need lavage when cleaning, but a separated one need to take out of the body.
    • Height: 5ft 2in (158cm)
    • Weight: 66lbs (30kg)
    • Bust: 33.6in (85.5cm)
    • Waist: 22.8in (60.5cm)
    • Hips: 33.9in (86cm)
    • 100% TPE (Thermoplastic elastomer, a silicone derivative)
    • Metal skeleton
    • Clothing + sexy underwear included
    • Wig be changed at any time

  16. A technology driven by masturbatory fantasy is not a technology that enhances the lives of boringly unprogammable women.

Factually wrong. There is a significant number of now common-place technologies that were originally driven by ‘masturbatory fantasy’, i.e., porn. The triumph of VHS over Betamax and the subsequent ubiquity of home VHS players, video streaming on demand, on-line credit card payments, all were, in their infancy, driven by the porn industry.

Are we really meant to believe that women do not benefit from the modern versions of those technologies? No women at all shop on-line, or watch Netflix or Amazon?

  17. I guess there is an argument to be made that making these dolls readily available (and legal) may lead some people to try them out and enjoy it who otherwise would not have done so – leading to more nonces, or the appearance that noncery is ok.

That said, there’s also a measurable effect suppressing actual attacks (granted, this is adult porn vs attacks on adult women, but it seems likely that this carries across) – see links provided above.

So the question is simply one of measuring the size of each effect – which I doubt will ever happen. It’s far more popular to just ban that might be seen to help nonces

  18. So the question is simply one of measuring the size of each effect – which I doubt will ever happen. It’s far more popular to just ban that might be seen to help nonces

I believe OGH has previously quoted studies in Japan and Czech where, for a limited time, some kiddie porn was less (or not) illegal.

ISTR the substitution effect winning bigly.

  19. Progressive opinion tends to flip 180 degrees every generation or two – what used to be dogma becomes heresy.

Or more frequently. As Orwell pointed out: “We have always been at war with Eastasia.”

  20. It’s the old “a woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle” flipped on its head, and the Valentis don’t like it. Fuck ’em (or rather, don’t fuck ’em).

  21. Can’t see the difference between someone tossing off over a realistic childlike doll or an unrealistic doll or over an imaginary child in his head.

Are we going to ban all three?
