His liver isn’t it?

I like to get drunk, I’m a power drinker,” Ashley said. “My thing is not to drink regularly, it’s to binge drink. I’m trying to get drunk – will you accept that? I was drinking to get pissed and have a good night out.”

  1. I assert Mr Ashley that it was not some drunken throw awaybut that you really do really really love my client, that you would do anything for him because he was your bestest mate ever.

  2. My client, Mr Ashley is quite happy to settle…….this outside in the car par.

Been a role model I’ve been following for most of my life. Entirely successfully. And a thoroughly enjoyable time it’s been. So I suppose I should receive the twat award. Could you deliver it to the bar, please? I’ll try & remember which one & where it is.

  4. He’d have been a role model in the ’90s. Drinking has declined steadily since the early noughties (the precise peak year depends on whose figures and which metric you choose).

  5. What is this “binge” that people so enjoy drinking ? I’ve not seen it in Tesco’s and my local pub doen’t seem to sell it…

I like getting pissed rather than drinking. Not as far as vomiting, but to the point of “fuck, I’ve drunk too much”. Routine drinking always seems more problematic to me.
