Well, yes, yes, they are

Indian woman, 24, who was shunned and bullied because she has white skin, ginger hair, emerald eyes and FRECKLES now wants a DNA test to see if her ancestors are to blame

Blame isn’t quite what I would say, responsible perhaps?

You know, that being how genes work?

  1. “Her insecurities were intensified as a teenager by the overwhelming pressure to conform to ‘impossible’ Indian standards of beauty.”

Lol. Yeah, that sounds entirely believable. In a world in which skin-lightening creams are not popular in India. And in which cheap hair dye works doesn’t work well going from light to dark hair.

It does seem like she might be a bit unlucky in that light skin makes her being short and slightly chubby like 95% of Indian girls more obvious, but there are other ways to deal with that problem.

  2. Indians are obviously vile Gingerphobes. The Scottish government should send a Ginger delegation to investigate this serious problem. Indian police must monitor social media for anti-Ginger speech. Arrests must be made. Equality for Gingers now!

  3. If she moved to the UK like several million of her countrymen she wouldn’t draw a second glance. I think she’s actually very pretty.
