The political extinction of a plurality of the population

Isn’t this a lovely thing to wish for?

One is Flip Chart Rick who wrote this yesterday:

I will never get behind Brexit. I will have to accept it if it happens but I will never be reconciled to it. It is a stupid idea. I will never forgive the people who took us down this road. I will do whatever I can to bring about their political extinction.

That seems like a fair summary to me.

Isn’t that nice? A plurality of the country should be politically exterminated? Because wrongthink, you know.

  1. He used to write some good stuff, but like a few others really lost it over Brexit. He’s still in my RSS feed but hardly posts now.

  2. Bring it. Let’s see how a bunch of vegan wankers from London do against the sort of guys from Somerset that own shotguns.

Are we going to have to reach that point to beat the inconsiderate arrogance out of remoaners? I’m really sick of the lot of them from MPs down.

  3. A plurality of the country should be politically exterminated?

I thought that was the whole point of immigration policy. (That, and the CBI’s principled insistence on unlimited cheap foreign labour subsidised by mug taxpayers).

BiND – but like a few others really lost it over Brexit.

It’s been tremendously eye-opening, innit. The Guardian is regularly full of naked class hate – both above and below the line – these days. Orwell warned us about this, but it’s never been so blatant. The government has lost all credibility. Our supposedly democratic institutions are at their lowest ebb since the Civil War.

    As Cromwell put it:

It is high time for me to put an end to your sitting in this place,
which you have dishonored by your contempt of all virtue, and defiled by your practice of every vice.

Ye are a factious crew, and enemies to all good government.

Ye are a pack of mercenary wretches, and would like Esau sell your country for a mess of pottage, and like Judas betray your God for a few pieces of money.

Is there a single virtue now remaining amongst you? Is there one vice you do not possess?

Ye have no more religion than my horse. Gold is your God. Which of you have not bartered your conscience for bribes? Is there a man amongst you that has the least care for the good of the Commonwealth?

Ye sordid prostitutes have you not defiled this sacred place, and turned the Lord’s temple into a den of thieves, by your immoral principles and wicked practices?

Ye are grown intolerably odious to the whole nation. You were deputed here by the people to get grievances redressed, are yourselves become the greatest grievance.

Your country therefore calls upon me to cleanse this Augean stable, by putting a final period to your iniquitous proceedings in this House; and which by God’s help, and the strength he has given me, I am now come to do.

I command ye therefore, upon the peril of your lives, to depart immediately out of this place.

Go, get you out! Make haste! Ye venal slaves be gone! So! Take away that shining bauble there, and lock up the doors.

In the name of God, go!

  4. Bring it. Let’s see how a bunch of vegan wankers from London do against the sort of guys from Somerset that own shotguns.

A sentence (and a sentiment) so beautiful that I damn near cried.

A wog that gets it… I’m marking this on the calendar.

  5. Dennis – I unironically reckon President Trump is a Great Man of History, like Cromwell or Napoleon.

But not a revolutionary, he’s probably the last chance the establishment has to peacefully reconcile itself with the people. (The alternative looks like what’s happening in France)

It amazes me how the British centre-right has still failed to understand what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. Conventional wisdom in the island formerly known as Great Britain is that the leader of the free world is a tiny-handed vulgarian who somehow beat the entire political and media complex through dumb luck or Russian Facebook trolls.

His Herculean efforts to divert the course of the greatest country on Earth away from the long-planned liquidation of the middle classes and immiseration of its native population via malicious energy, trade and immigration policies is tremendously inspiring.

    God bless America.

  6. @Steve

I think sometimes people forget that history is made by people. We read of events as if they were an abstract.

It would nice to think that Cromwell’s speech was word for word correct and it would have been quite an experience to have actually been there when it was delivered. As of course, some people really were.

  7. Andrew –

I’m not a wetback, I’m a septic. Not that it matters. What matters is that I’m not a wog.

Leave the use of politically incorrect/socially unacceptable terminology to the professionals, please.

  8. I also am sick of remainiacs and esp Tory MP remainiacs.

I’ll say nothing about what they deserve. But not because I have no thoughts about the matter.

  9. “Dennis the Peasant

    Andrew –

    I’m not a wetback, I’m a septic.”

Look, if you keep insisting on calling us wogs, which we aren’t (except Scottish people who are porridge wogs), I will insist on calling you something you don’t think you are.

“Leave the use of politically incorrect/socially unacceptable terminology to the professionals”

tsk, so professional you can’t even come up with your own terminology. Septic and Wog are British slang. Use your own

    Bloody Shermans. (c)

  10. The potato – a paid shill of the Eu – shills for the Eu = quell surprise.

Of course the remainers could set up their own political party, and fight to leave the EU for 40+ years – but then that would take commitment and dedication rather than act like spoilt crybabies.

  11. Look, if you keep insisting on calling us wogs, which we aren’t (except Scottish people who are porridge wogs), I will insist on calling you something you don’t think you are.

Wonderful. Now you have a hobby.

    Next?

  12. I bet if the Eu said – you know this EU army thingy – we’re going to introduce conscription- we’d soon find out how much remainers love the eu.

  13. I thought the vegan wankers were as much in Somerset and Dorset as they are in Hackney or Hampstead.

But the real point is, unless Parliament rejects this reprisal of Vichy, there is now literally no further point in discussing matters with the political class.

BTW, don’t we, oddly enough, have the horrid Gina Miller and the Supreme Court, to thank for the existence of the English backstop, aka parliament votes on a deal?

It’d be amusing if Gina Miller became reviled by Remoaners.

  14. I bet if the Eu said – you know this EU army thingy – we’re going to introduce conscription- we’d soon find out how much remainers love the eu.

This at a time when the French can’t even keep Paris under their control?

  15. There appears to be a lot to the argument that Remainers think all Leavers are thick racist bigots and were only interested in stopping free movement and bringing down immigration. To appease them all the Establishment needed to do was end free movement and we’d all get back in our boxes and they could carry on as they please. It didn’t help that May got a bee in her bonnet about immigration numbers when she was HS.

It must be coming as a big surprise, shock even, to learn that when Leavers talked about sovereignty and and democratic mandates they meant just that.

  16. BiND

    +1

She truly is the most useless of imbeciles.

Her focus has been on immigration, believing – because she’s a fuckwit – that was mainly what Brexit meant, ie the issue northern inner city Labour voters cared more about, and who are never going to vote for her come what may.

The bigger picture of sovereignty was what the greater number of shire Conservatives were more concerned with – but which appears to have gone straight over the idiot’s head.

Unless a half sentient group of her MPs can finish her off, and quickly, I can’t see it ending well for the party.

  17. Lud

If Gina Miller delivers Brexit, that would indeed bring a smile. In that scenario, the Brexiteers of course should put her forward to be honoured, as a permanent memory for her…

  18. Dennis. The French not being able to keep Paris under control pretty well encapsulates the history of France.

  19. I see the Remainers, Remoaners & MSM
    have adopted a new line:

If MPs vote against May’s surrender, no-deal will not be permitted and Brexit on 29 March 2019 cancelled.

Stephen Glover in DM who allegedly voted leave – is pushing this narrative.

    Previously

    Treacherous cnuts.

  20. Dennis. The French not being able to keep Paris under control pretty well encapsulates the history of France.

All too true and very well put.

  21. BiND.

“There appears to be a lot to the argument that Remainers think all Leavers are thick racist bigots and were only interested in stopping free movement and bringing down immigration. To appease them all the Establishment needed to do was end free movement and we’d all get back in our boxes and they could carry on as they please. It didn’t help that May got a bee in her bonnet about immigration numbers when she was HS.”

even that (surprise surprise) is being manipulated.

    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2018/11/24/government-accused-massaging-immigration-statistics-run-brexit/

“Leaked Cabinet papers revealed how the Home Office has drawn up plan to issue low-skilled migrants with 11-month visas “with restricted entitlements and rights” while they live in the UK.” because then, as they’re under 12 months, don’t count in the figures.

I’m straight line voting UKIP from now on. The Tories are shysters. They’ve had warning after warning to do as they’re told and they keep ignoring it in favour of pretending to do something. At this point, I don’t care if Corbyn gets in. That blackmail doesn’t work on me because I’d rather suffer in a gulag than vote for these repugnant, dishonest shits.

  22. Pcar,

Cancellation? Bring it on. Either europhile Conservative MPs would be deselected, or they’d find their majorities wrecked by a bigger, stronger UKIP.

  23. BoM4 – the Conservatives are also planning on signing us up to the UN Migration Pact, which saner countries like the US, Israel and Australia have refused to agree to, on the grounds that they neither need nor want more of the dregs of the Third World and have no intention of allowing racist UN bureaucrats a say in their immigration policies.

We cannot put up with these people any longer. The fake Right needs to die so the real Right has a chance to rescue our country.

I’m actually voting for the candidate most likely to unseat my Conservative Remaniac MP. It’s a marginal, so there’s an excellent chance of getting rid. Seeing Jeremy Corbyn in 10 Downing Street is the best “fuck you” to this treasonous government.

  24. No wonder Marcon wants an EU army, the Romans sent their conquered conscripts to fight outside their area to avoid issues with using local forces against their own population.
Right now having a non French ‘peace keeping force’ must seem very appealing to the Paris elite

  25. Maybe for nostalgia purposes they can have grey uniforms….

‘But of course, that was the day the Germans marched into Paris. Rick: I remember every detail. The Germans wore gray. You wore blue.’
    Casablanca

  26. No one trusts the FFC on anything and only a mega-fuckwit would believe one word she says about migrants. She has no intention of stopping mass migration. She was supposed to let only 30 thou a year in as HS. The final yearly tally was 300 thou “legals” and twice that including illegals.

  27. Political extinction is a metaphor Tim. I think the word”Political” is a clue .
The sentiment here is shared by many, the amount of anger out there is new to me and it is growing. If you think after Brexit, life will just go on you have badly misreads the situation we are in. Remain is now the largest political movement in Europe it will not stop campaigning and it has powerful allies throughout society.

  28. The Left is finally revealing that they are anti-democratic. They wrap themselves in the cloak of democracy because YOU care; they don’t.

Just as their talk of justice and equality. It’s all completely fake.

  29. Steve,

I’m a big believer in voting straight, unless tactical really makes sense (like the party is very similar).

Voting for ukip (or something like them) strengthens them. Under FPTP people gravitate to the largest parties. Boosting ukip saves a deposit, gets a voice in the media, maybe we can even get some 2nd places that can be converted into 1sts.

Also, I’m in a 2000 vote marginal. I really believe a 2000 shift to ukip is possible. So, same objective achieved.

Even if the deal is toast, me and my MP are done. If there’s a leadership election and they can get a non traitor, the party might be redeemable. But he won’t get my vote again.

  30. Politics is simply one group trying to impose its will upon others, and, of course, the others resisting. There’s nothing new about hoping for political extinction. In the US the Democrats’ long term hopes are pinned on rural whites dying off, leaving a brown progressive paradise worshipping at the feet of old white hippies.

  31. @ Newmania
You seem to be supporting a move to end democracy – only “Remainers” shall have the vote in future. So “Leavers” are to be treated like Jews in 1935… Are you *certain* that it is only *political* extinction that is planned.
To hell with Godwin – it’s “Flip Chart Rick” who introduced the Nazi comparison!

  32. @Newmania – November 27, 2018 at 9:51 am

Remain is now the largest political movement in Europe

Of course it is, there’s 400+ million of them – all wanting our money.

Regarding “Dennis’s” use of the term “wogs” when referring to us right-pondians, I suspect that he’s using it in the time-honoured version of “not us”, as in the traditional “wogs begin at Calais”
