Last week, Villiers-le-Bel was just another breeze block in the concrete townscape north of Paris.
Maybe it’s another one of those Paris wonderlands where all the furniture is made of built-in concrete, so the occupants can’t steal it.

Chicago is called “The Windy City” because of
