I am currently out of the Country and on my return home to England I am going to be arrested by British detectives on suspicion of Stirring up Racial Hatred by displaying written material" contrary to sections 18(1) and 27(3) of the Public Order Act 1986.
This charge if found guilty carries a lengthy prison sentence, more than what most paedophiles and rapists receive, and all for writing words of truth about the barbarity that is living in the midst of our children, which threatens the very future of our Country.
Now reading Lionheat\’s post I don\’t quite understand exactly what it is that he\’s said. I\’m also not sure that I\’m likely to agree with what I suspect he did say: that one blog post tells me that he\’s not really my kind of guy.
But the claim is that he\’s to be arrested for something he\’s posted on his blog. My view on this is pretty simple: other than libel and incitement to violence (which includes that shouting "Fire" in a crowded theatre thing) we\’ve a right to say anything we damn well please without fear of the law. I also realise that this isn\’t quite what the law itself says, but then that\’s an error with the law, not with the right to free speech.

Woman’s Hour did a piece on the inter-racial grooming of children a while back. I was amazed at the time that this hadn’t been picked up by other journalists. I would have thought that it ticks many many boxes.

I have read that Channel 4 did produce a documentary about this problem, but apparently the broadcast was shelved under pressure from the police.
I have difficulty with this. To me, it just doesn’t ring true.

I am sorry, but on this I get the decided feeling that this blog is written, metaphorically at least, in green ink.
Lionheart was notified, by the arresting officer, that he, Lionheart, was to be arrested at some time in the future. The arresting officer, having sent the email, was then going to be away for six weeks and would tell Lionheart what it was all about on his return.
Really? Is that the way the police now work?
What about this – “You would only be charged following a full investigation based on all the relevant facts and CPS consent”
CPS consent? Ok, I am willing to be shown to be wrong here, but don’t the CPS get involved only after charges have been laid by the police? Otherwise it would inply that the CPS are part of the investigative process.
WTF?
If this was me I would have been demanding detailed explanations thirty seconds after receiving such an email.
The terms paranoid fantasy spring to mind.

He is not being arrested but having a formal interview, fully tape-recorded and in the presence of his solicitor. It is not clear whether he will be charged with anything or not.

The police should not be wasting time and money on this but he is not being bunged up in the Lubyanka.
As for the case itself, there have been people on trial – it took a long time for the police and the CPS to do anything about it – and, I believe, imprisoned. If there are other cases of these rings, aired in various parts of the media, the blogosphere, and courtesy of Ann Cryer MP, in Parliament, the police should investigate them. So, really, what we are talking about is endemic inefficiency among the fuzz

The ‘Bushies’ would never advocate these legal shenanigans but some of the PIAPS people and Dhimmicrats do and would.
This ‘Racial & Religious Hatred Act’ is a load of crap. Hopefully it will be scrapped someday when the lawyers start being pressured to use it against Islam’s obvious and much more virulent hate speech.
