Can you imagine what would happen if an MP stood up in the commons and tried to correct the record, to argue in the house that the gender pay gap has little or nothing to do with systemic sexism? He would be toast by the following morning.
THAT’S the problem. It is now impossible – if it has not been so for some time already – for uncomfortable/non-PC truths to be uttered in the HoC.
