The QAQC process was bypassed in another cost saving measure. Most of the funds for the event went to malt liquor and copies of some Six Sigma pamphlets meant to counter sign quality shortfalls caused by the funding shortage. Malt liquor has gotten quite expensive due to a lack of government regulation in the charcoal-filtered adult beverage industry.
