Note that the GBP20 per tonne figure, which is for CO2, not C, isn’t in the report – rather, it’s the ballpark estimate the report writer gave in the interview with the Guardian, and it sounds like he’s basing it on the current prices in EU ETS (but assuming it were rolled out globally).
