You’re not quite alone – I was on an Easyjet flight recently and some of the seat backs carried stickers arguing that car drivers already paid for the environmental “damage” by the fuel tax, set at or below at the current level.
I agree there is damage – asthma caused by fumes, for example – but the jury is still out on whether CO2 causes damage.
