Even as an atheist student there, I shuddered at the notion of sweaty drunken youths tonguing each other where the altar once was. A gym would hopefully have more taste and fewer tarts. That only small gardens are permitted (to increase the density, apparently a worthy goal in its own right). That only a one car garage would be allowed.
