Seven out of 10 Britons believe UK taxes are too high for the services they receive, a survey showed.
Around 70% of people said they did not think the amount of tax they paid was reflected in the services they received and only 15% said they would be prepared to pay more money to get better services.
That\’ll be a no to \”higher taxes to fund vital public services\” then, eh?
Although possibly a yes to \”we\’ll pay the taxes you charge already if you\’d just give us value for money\”.
Those people will still vote for parties that want to raise tax and the burden on themselves. So these surveys are not much better than meaningless.

Labour just assumed that as long as they kept pumping money into public services, no-one would mind.
Now everyone is wondering where the hell all that money has gone…..
