Ahhhh

a supreme court decision to brand any constitutional referendum unlawful has been used by US and Latin American conservatives to give an entirely spurious veneer of legality to Zelaya\’s overthrow.

So it was legal then Seumas?

  1. My stance is simple: if Milne is pro-something, it’s a disgusting piece of socialist crap, therefore I’m anti. The man is vermin.

  2. The evidence seems to be that Zelaya was doing a Chávez, and his removal was legitimate.

Seumas Milne himself is evidence that the political dead of 1989 are in fact Undead, and will we will need silver bullets, wooden stakes and garlic to finish the job.

According to Wikipedia, Milne was Business manager of Straight Left newspaper, a “non-party, non sectarian journal of the left, committed to working class unity and class consciousness”, which had its origins in Straight Left, a clandestine and Tankie faction of CPGB.

The man is an overprivileged Wykehamist twat. I much preferred things when our hereditary rulers were in the House of Lords, where we could keep an eye on them.

    Andrew K., you’re a complete fucking genius.

That’s what any country needs to do, to find the least able, least responsible, least democratic, least human people in the land and have them be able to block, change and propose legislation over the rest of us poor sods.

The US Founding Fathers needn’t have bothered. We need more plutocracy and we need it now!
