These people are insane:

Oh well, better knock down all the sewage plants then as infrastructure and machines cannot be used to replace the natural capital of reed beds and a long river.

A pretty good description of the Industrial Revolution is that we have indeed replaced natural capital with man-made. Now, if you\’re going to argue that everything done since 1750 was a mistake would you please just get on and argue so so that we can all have a good laugh before we shoot you?
