  1. Nothing to do with Tim, just me taking screen shots as my comments never get published over there (and I ask my questions nicely).

    This time seems I was too quick and the whole post was deleted to spare some blushes. I can understand though as if you can’t even reference your *own* material correctly, what hope is there?
