I quite agree. These tax avoiders should be pursued up to the maximum limits of the law. Every one of them should be required to produce evidence that this income isn’t taxable. And, bear in mind, that since you are PAYE, your accountant’s fees are not deductible.
I don’t. They shold pay no tax and just get paid less. We have created and infrastructure that achieves nothing.

I always thought the British Way involved a choice : you could work in the private sector and even on your own and possibly make a killing at which time you would call in a tax adviser to avoid paying alot of tax or you could plod away in the public sector getting steady, unspectacular money, a pension and unavoidable taxation.
