  1. Its a shame we can’t split the country in two and give Labour the half that voted for them, complete with half the debts etc. That way we would get a good (better) idea of how all these policies work.

    Isn’t there any research about how it works in various US states? I understand there are different rules on a state by state basis about how much deficit each state can have?
