It makes no sense that Peter Mandelson is allowed to join Compass while someone like Caroline Lucas is excludedFebruary 4, 2011 Tim WorstallPolitics2 CommentsWell, I dunno. Depends what you want to do really. But there is no sign that he wants to join – or that she does come to think of it. A rule imposed for some other reason that as a by product excludes a nut case is not the same as a rule that excludes a nut case. I thought that was worth mentioning. And at the risk of violating Britain’s libel laws, any group that relies on a member of the Soviet equivalent of the SS for its advanced thinking, is utterly worthless. No one would tolerate a Right wing group that allowed an unrepentant member of the Waffen SS to join, much less serve as their political commissar, nor should anyone tolerate it on the Left. David Gillies February 5, 2011 at 7:27 am Compass is a vile organisation. Essentially everything they’re for, I’m agin. Further, Caroline Lucas is a batty watermelon-flavoured harridan, but Mandelson should be doing porridge. Leave a Reply Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
