Who needs Wikipedia to find out the super injunction names?

Imogen Thomas is thinking of a career change:

Still she is apparently moving on with life and pursuing a music career- she\’s been doing gigs in the North West for some time already apparently.

  1. What is so special about superinjunctions that they apply at all to people on whom they have not been served?

If I know that A shagged B, but I have no idea that A took out an injunction against some party preventing reporting of the fact and subsequently report the fact on my blog, surely the worst A can do is apply for a further order against me and then insist I remove the information?

  2. My favourite version of this so far is “A, B, C and D walk into a bar and I can’t tell you what happened.”
