We\’re getting membership sign ups from all over the place. One from Ireland yesterday, a couple from the UK. It\’s not that hard to work out why, members get discounts at, currently, some half of the courses on the Algarve. One or two of them are as much as 50% off the rack rates.
And cheap booze and food around the place.
People could actually make back their membership fee on only three rounds of golf….so for anyone who does come down here to play (a fairly large constituency) it\’s something of a no brainer.
And yes, we are a not for profit association.
