There’s a large quota of slack-jawed yokels who thing that pretty much anything Apple is gay. I think it’s the association with squishy disciplines like music and graphic design. I kid you not, when I’ve told people of my preference for Mac OS vs. Windows, they’ve said “but I thought you were a software engineer – aren’t Macs for those ‘creative’ types?” Then I respond, more or less, “what in software engineering makes me other than a ‘creative’ type?”
