That you might know how to do something is not enough. You must have a certificate to prove it.

Sort of like the WI issuing an Advanced Driver certificate. The Wonder Women’s Institute, perhaps.
It’s a correspondence course I suppose? Otherwise what are they doing out of the house running around like floozies? That won’t get the dinner ready, and then what price some fancy certificate?

Wow. I can (sort of) understand the resort to credentialization in the job market, I just woul dimagine tha tone would choose a wife on some other criteria than does she have a degree in housekeeping.
