I get quite a few press releases these days. Obviously been added to a couple of media databases.
But some of them do slightly confuse me. And not just the tech ones: a company I\’ve never heard of releases something that does something I don\’t understand on equipment I never knew existed.
One just arrived. From a Quebec newspaper telling us all about their new iPad app and edition.
Why is a French language publication trying to drum up coverage from the English speaking media? To about 99.9% accuracy we\’ve got entirely different customer bases. Almost by definition our readers won\’t give a shit and those who might be interested won\’t be reading us.
Most odd.
Your name has probably been added to an aggregator service aimed at PR companies, Tim.
Well its is *Quebec* – they’re probably required by law to have an english version of their work available.
pendant alert!
New Brunswick is the only bi-linqual province, so not quite right Aga 🙂
