  1. Being an incorrigible rogue was a crime at the time the icorrigible rogues were flipping their residences, etc.
    Can a prosecution be mounted after a law has been abolished but where the offence was clearly an offence at the time?

    Behaving in a manner likely to cause a breach of the peace should do. Walking around with that face provides ample evidence.
