My Polish wife (a saucy little wench) turned me onto this earlier this week.
@Steve, I believe the punishment for Gnocchistics is to be boiled briefly in salted water, macerated with tomato sauce and slivers of Parmigiano Reggiano, then hydrolytically and enzymatically digested and finally sent to the sewage works for reprocessing.
