Kate Winslet, the Oscar-winning actress, has admitted she missed out on her teenage years because of her career, as she argues modern children grow up “so fast”.
How many millions did she have by the time she was 18?

Being a teenager is overrated anyway. You’ve got no money, no transportation, you’re living with your parents but don’t get on, you’re still in school, and the quantity of sex that you’re getting is much lower than the media likes to portray (The Inbetweeners gets it more right than most – occassional and disastrous).
Early 20s is much better.
Yeah but she had to blow a lot of low rent film directors to get those millions. Or at least marry them.
Not sure it is worth it. I mean how much money would it take before *you* would have sex with Sam Mendes?
Sam Mendes? She was in a Peter Jackson film, back in the days when he was orca-fat.
Winslet (or her publicity crew) made a huge song and dance when she first made her breakthrough, about what a simple unpretentious, down-to-earth soul the woman was, an eater of mashed potato yet. Her assorted activities and dimly leftist pronouncements since then have more than given the lie to that. Indeed, down to the Earth is where she sends said pronouncements these days.
