The nation rejoices

Members of the Public and Commercial Services union (PCS) will take part in walkouts over the next three days, threatening disruption to the work of HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).

  1. you would have thought that anyone with a modicum of sense would have worked out their best course of action would be to work harder, targetting the affairs (entirely randomly of course) of politicians and senior civil servants. For maximum effect include a smattering of minor celebrities.

  2. Might even improve productivity. Those who talk about how bad things are out on strike, the union reps out of course – will more work per person get done now no-one is talking about striking for a bit?
