Big breasts? Then you’re a big SPENDER

Amazing what the Mail can tell us, isn’t it?

Women with bra sizes larger than a B are more likely to be shopaholics

This is Chinese data. And two explanations come to mind. The younger and slimmer lady is also likely to have less income to spend.

Or, of course, the big spenders have already gone out and bought themselves a pair of big tits.

  1. Could it be more that a woman with big tits will have a wealthier partner (relative to the social makeup of her surroundings) and thus at all points of the social scale women with big tits will have access to relatively higher incomes?

That being said I have no idea if Chinese men prefer the larger breasted woman or the slimmer ones. The way things are over there with gender population mismatches they’re lucky to get a bird at all it seems.

  2. There are some datasets that are more useful than others. First impressions are that this may be the most useless dataset ever.

@Jim, the gender imbalance doesn’t stop assortative mating in China. Just means that the undesirable girls get a partner but the undesirable boys don’t. Above that the usual trade-offs and bargaining goes on, albeit with a bit more family input than we would be comfortable with.

  4. I know a lot of wealthy blokes and their wives are almost all slender and 34/36b types. Can’t think of one with large knockers, actually.

I suspect the reason for this correlation is that there isn’t one but the Mail can print cleavage pics.

  5. We know from previous research that as many as one in three women are wearing the wrong bra size. So this survey has some serious methodological flaws.

More hands on in depth research is therefore needed to weigh and examine the evidence for this important sociological phenomenon. Should sufficient funds be available, I stand ready to volunteer to do my civic duty.

I believe Private Eye might have, somewhere in their archives, a photograph of instructional value to older Caucasian males intent on examining the assets of younger Asian females.

I am looking forward to hearing about the first bloke who tells his wife, when she complains about her husband being too cheap, that it is her fault for not having big enough breasts. Hearing about from some distance, ideally.

Perhaps we could do a double blind study where we give some random wives breast enlargements and see what follows?
