The “low” is completely unnecessary.

Various people whom I have directed to this piece make the point that the JRF calculate the Living Wage on the assumption that current levels of tax credits (and other benefits, such as housing) pertain, and that this blows the figures out of the water. I’ve not looked deeply enough at the detail to know if this is a valid criticism.
