    I thought the prevailing wisdom is that all regulated markets are not well regulated. What regulations need to be removed from AIM to make it more like the better regulated markets?

  2. Surely being full of shorters is good regulation? If a company is dodgy then the shorters will short it, investors will take note and therefore not invest. Isn’t the market the best regulation that there is in this case?
