For some reason, possibly homophobic, the media just now is refusing to give any coverage to David Furnish, the spouse of Sir Elton John. I think they are trying to suppress an important argument that Mr Furnish made recently.
He pointed out how discriminatory it was that, unlike the wife of a titled man, he derives no title from his knighted spouse. He was too modest to say what title he should be given — and I must say I cannot think of a solution, since ‘Lady John’ would make him sound like the wife of the younger son of a duke — but it is the principle of the thing which matters.
“the media just now is refusing to give any coverage to David Furnish”
Could have fooled me. How much coverage to partners of superannuated pop stars usually get?
Such a shame that comments are closed over there. Would be so much fun.

Depends on what they have been doing. Or whom I suppose.
My suggested courtesy title would be a Dowager’s Hump.
What title do they give the husband of a Dame, nothing.
Dame John?
Any truth in the rumours that Elton may be writing an LGBT version of “Grease”?
Less a snigger, more a treble chuckle. Well done that man.
Whah.
They chose a different path, hence WE must change.
No.

This is so unfair, Mr Moore neglected to point out for some reason, possibly homophobic, the media just now is refusing to give any coverage to me as well. David says if he tells me why he could be gaoled. Sharing David with a few others is OK, but not with hard in hole prison.
I blame his prima dona diva husband and his hypocritical “think of the children” whine. Ever since those divas Peter & Saint Tony exploited Di’s death to befriend Elie, he’s never been the same. Still won’t stop his obsession with candles and leaves windows open then weeps when wind blows them out.
Poor David, our time together calmed him down and kept them together.
Seeing my lawyer tomorrow to check on Human Rights Act and freedom of sexual relationships.
Hugs and kisses
