Are these sexually offensive?

In Brisbane, there is ongoing controversy about the company Wicked Campers and its lurid campervans which are decorated with sexually offensive slogans along the lines of “Save a Tree, eat a Beaver” and “Boobs confirm that men can concentrate on two things at once”.

When did Oz turn into such a bunch of woos?

  1. Ah, gender politics, where ‘ongoing controversy’ means a handful of social studies graduates and hairy-legged feminist crackpots are making a fuss, while normal people just get on with life…

  2. “Why don’t we see similar derogatory slogans about men? Why don’t schoolgirls post pictures of boys on Facebook or Instagram and ask them to vote for Creep of the Year, or make innuendo about a boy’s sexual proficiency?”

She’s never been on a hen night, or at an Ann Summers party, has she?

It hasn’t really. Just like here there’s a vocal minority of SJW types. Most people don’t give a shit.

  4. We don’t we see similar derogatory slogans about men?

We do. Advertising is full of the hapless husband-supercompetent wife meme.

I think most men would enjoy a bit more objectification.

But the SJWs seem (from the other side of the world) to be winning.

  7. I am confused at the suggestion that I might be chopping down a tree if I were not engaging in a sexual activity. Does anyone really need to be encouraged to refrain from lumber jacking?

  8. I would prefer to read Murph than chop down a tree. What a slogan that would make :

    Eat a beaver, ignore TRUK

  9. Tim Blair’s blog is an entertaining account of SJW lunacy Down Under.

There’s some flaw in Anglo-Saxon culture which encourages these twats and permits them to flourish, and eventually dominate.

The author of the Grauniad piece purports to be a man, so presumably hasn’t attended a hen night.
My complaint is that “he” assumes that no female has been complicit in having a photograph taken of her nude self or another nude female. Hundreds of girls have been subjected to the humiliation of being photographed nude while being held in a Klingon force-field to prevent their moving while being photographed by evil boys who have forced entry to their bedrooms/changing rooms and hypnotised all the females present into forgetting the incident before they could complain to the police. .
