Err, yes, I can see that

NEW DELHI: Sharia has granted the triple talaq mode of oral divorce+ to husbands because men are better at controlling emotions and, therefore, unlikely to take impulsive decisions, All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) has said.

“Sharia grants right to divorce to husbands because men have greater power of decision making. They are more likely to control emotions and not take hasty decisions,” the board said in its affidavit filed in the Supreme Court in response to petitions from Shayara Banu and other Muslim women+ who have urged the apex court to declare triple talaq unconstitutional.

After all, no one would tell some nagging termagant to bugger off just for the fun of it, or on impulse, would they?

  1. So Much For Subtlety

Maybe she would not become a nagging termagant if she knew her husband had the power of divorce?

I am fairly strongly convinced that since the Social Conservatives got together with the Marxist lesbians to create a divorce system aimed at punishing men regardless of wrong doing, women have been encouraged to treat their husbands with contempt.

This is an area where they are probably smarter than us.

  2. “women have been encouraged to treat their husbands with contempt.”

I think that’s been going on for quite some time.

  3. Still, I’m reminded of that UN Representative a few years ago, the stupid Brazillian Marxist bint who claimed the UK was the most sexist country on Earth, and the Guardian/BBC axis stroked its collective chin and agreed.

  4. men are so much better at controlling their impulses that the hair and bodies of women and young girls have to be covered up in case the men go into a sexual frenzy and wait hang on a minute

  5. Errr… I thought it was that because men *couldn’t* control themselves that women has to be shouded from head to foot to prevent men from uncontrollably overreacting.
