    I don’t know if Tim has read Adam Smith or not, in a brief conversation a few years ago at a bloggers bash at the ASI he implied he had, but I’m willing to put money on Murphy not having read him.

    And Crainshaw’s comment is a classic of the genre of putting the boot in without appearing to doing it yourself.
