1) Politics is showbusiness for ugly people.
2) As a sexual predator you try to troll political candidates.
Rather beta behaviour, no?

I cannot believe how beta – worse than that in fact – Weinstein’s behaviour has been.
He may have money and influence but he is still the fat ugly short kid covered in spots that the girls all hated.
My own observation is that the fellow the girls “hated” – or rather avoided – was the one with signs of madness. And so in middle age I saw a former university classmate on the telly, being dragged off to jail for the attempted murder of his wife.
Since his attempt to poison her had failed I conclude that he wasn’t even a good biochemist.

I presume this is why he was paying actresses for sex
Jim Davidson was on a morning TV prog yesterday – the one Piers Morgan hosts.
Jim: men exploit women and women exploit men [ I agree ]
Cue twitter outrage from the feminazis.
Weinstein was a great success.
Never forget that =nobody likes that

>Mrs Dearieme checks her health insurance policies<
Steve T – "I presume this is why he was paying actresses for sex"
It looks like he was bullying them for the humiliation. He wasn't just after sex. He was after making them grovel.
Not that there is anything wrong with that!
” Politics is showbusiness for ugly people.”
But politicians are often not ugly at all. They are sales people after all, and good looks is a definite asset in sales. And politics.
So I’d suggest amending the above aphorism to read
“Showbusiness is politics by other means”
Showbusiness could be more generalized into “Media business” but just showbusiness is good enough.
