Working parents are struggling to juggle the pressures of their jobs and family life, with many deliberately stalling their careers or rejecting a new opportunity in a bid to restore balance, a survey shows.
That survey is here.
Women do it more than men. That’s the gender pay gap.
There’s that stupid ‘struggling’ word again.
I heard recently about a woman CEO of a large corporation gathering her rising star, young, female managers and telling them that they should choose between family or career.
Imagine if a man CEO had said that, the Nazi bastard.
We should ensure there is no gender pay gap. Jobs for boys are wrong. I am a white male, but the while boy club never helped me to get a good job. So I say give ethnic minorities and women good jobs,

And go reflect on the 150 million human beings murdered by socialism –so far.

You cannot simultaneously eliminate the “gender pay gap” and have equal pay for equal work as long as men work longer (and harder) than women.
“You cannot simultaneously eliminate the “gender pay gap” and have equal pay for equal work as long as men work longer (and harder) than women.”
It’s not about pay. It’s about women being a group, not individuals. CM chicanery.
