The French language seems to be made for the genre. French is naturally musical. English is too abrupt & as for Spanish…painful’s the best description. (Of course, Cervantes said everything worth saying in Spanish, so there’s been no real point adding to it for the last four centuries) The French black-rapper enrichment are also much more innovative that the Yank ones.
Oddly enough, Bangladesh turns out some good stuff. Heaven knows what they’re battering on about but the rhythms are superb.
