Boys of no appearance

Four teenage boys have denied harassing two women in a homophobically aggravated attack after they refused to perform a sex act on a bus.

Two 17-year-olds, a 16-year-old and another boy, 15, appeared at Highbury Corner Youth Court in London on Wednesday to enter not guilty pleas to a charge of causing harassment by using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

They’re not named – that guide to appearance and backgrouind – because they’re under age.

  1. “After the women refused, the four boys then were said to have thrown coins at the women.”

And they got those injuries from that? Were they on their way to bank the takings from the penny arcade?

    Seems fishy, JuliaM.

  2. The ladyfriends in question appeared to be blooded in the photo–so why no assault charge? That opens a couple of possibilities:

1–There was no assault and the blooded photos were staged.
2-There was an assault but T(scummy)PTB are not going to bother with that in the hope of having it all forgotten about that much the sooner. After all leftscum have enough RoP/LGBT aggro with the schools (about which the RoP are correct –much as it pains me to write that) without public attention to the bus caper.
Will the females take one for the team?

Coin-throwing? Who makes up this cockrot? Were they on the way to a magic convention? A lot of coins must have been chucked with a lot of force to have made the girls look bloodied. Is it in human capability to throw a UK coin with enough accuracy and force to simulate a fist hit? There is the old fight distraction trick where you throw a handful of coins in your antagonists mug as a distraction before pounding away. Metsubishi the Japanese MA call it. Hardly needed with 4 males attacking 2 females.

We need a national investigation force–a private FBI without the state ownership and corruption –that could jump in and investigate what fucking Plod is up to in these crooked politically-controlled cases. Still no word for example on the case of the 6 year old girl killed up on Bute–likely by one of the 1000 imports dumped on them–in view of the absolute silence since the arrest. Plus the fact the arrestee was an adult the day they arrested him and “underage” the next day when it came time to name him.

The British state is shit out of originality it would seem.

  3. “so why no assault charge? That opens a couple of possibilities:”
    3) In response to the provocation, one of the women swung the first punch?

  4. Robert–OK I missed that one–my mistake. And the fact that we have plenty of home-grown criminal scum is no justification for importing more.

  5. On suspects that the in the Bute case the perpetrator was named despite being under age precisely because there was widespread suspicion that refugee/migrants relocated to the area could be responsible, so showing it wasn’t the case was more important than protecting the rights of under age criminals. In the bus attack case I suspect the converse will apply – the rights of the under age to not be named will be upheld, because they aren’t white, and naming them would not help the authorities ‘narrative’.

  6. Perhaps importing some judges and rattan wielders from Singapore might work? (You’ll have noticed that I live in Australia!!)

  7. In response to the provocation, one of the women swung the first punch?

If they did then either they are mad or have been watching too many superhero movies.

  8. @Rob

From CNN (although essentially the same report ran in all media at the time)

Melania Geymonat and her partner Chris, were involved……

    Melania explains…..

“[they] kept on harassing us, throwing us coins and becoming more enthusiastic about it.

The next thing I know is that Chris is in the middle of the bus fighting with them. On an impulse, I went over there only to find her face bleeding and three of them beating her up. The next thing I know is I’m being punched.”

  9. The part about her fighting with them was removed from the initial BBC website story as it does make it sound like she may have escalated the situation

  10. @Bnic

“next thing I know Chris is in the middle of the bus fighting with them”

So not attacked in her seat after being surrounded.

“On an impulse, I went over there”

So you didn’t stay in you seat either then. And what ‘impulse’ was it?

” only to find her face bleeding and three of them beating her up.”

You didn’t see that until you got there? How big was this bus?
