There’s a clue in the title of the competition

A Miss World contestant stripped of her title for being a mother has launched a human rights challenge against the “sexist, outdated” pageant.

Veronika Didusenko was disqualified from the competition, run by British businesswoman Julia Morley, for being a parent and a divorcee.

There actually is, or certainly has been, a Mrs. World competition…..

  1. ex-Missus competition sounds a bit niche

I’m sure it would’t take too much googling to find a ‘XMILF’ category. After all, Rule 34…

  2. Ted S, Catskill Mtns, NY, USA

I’m sure not being a mother is in the contract/rules the contestants sign up to beforehand.

This woman is fighting for stopping people from freely engaging in contracts she doesn’t like, which is the antithesis of human rights.

  3. This cropped up around 40 years ago, a Miss GB ( not LGBT ) was disqualified when it emerged that she was a divorcee. Helen Morgan (Welsh) was her name I think.
