Not in the least. In my family there were two Freds (now both passed on). My dad’s brother and my mum’s brother both called Fred. A clue, but not necessarily for the prosecution. If Child Protective Services suspect inappropriate behavior they will act first and then investigate, in this case by blocking visitation. The fact that they had not suggests that the ex wife was making such far fetched allegations that even CPS didn’t believe them although they are obliged to investigate.
