This is going to make consent pretty difficult

Agreeing in advance about who does what to whom does not reflect the reality of sex.

So how can anyone know that consent has been gained?

Forget consent forms. The burden of proof should never fall on rape victims

Doesn’t the first point rather negate that second?

  1. Feminism, it’s just traditionalism turned up to eleven now.

Men have all the responsibilities they’ve ever had. Women can do whatever they want as long as an older feminist has preapproved it……

  2. Seen on youtube: “I always tell my one night stands to rough me up, slap me around and leave bruises. That way if I change my mind I can say it was rape.”

  3. No wonder (young) men excluding soy boys are abandoning relationships with women. In the future there will be many angry women having been forced to start families with spineless soy boy queer-facsimiles.

  4. Wasn’t there that Australian case where consent was withdrawn halfway through, and the bloke actually did stop, within seconds, then the girl consensually had sex with him on several subsequent occasions, and still got done for rape?

    WTAF!?

  6. What the marx fem bitch wants is for sex to be conducted under the threat that she can change her mind at any time and the act become rape long after the event.

Time then the male had the same privilege -and sentences given to accused and convicted females to be on a par with those given to men. Plus female prisons to be made as nasty as men’s –as artificially as needed. That way the pain goes both ways. Then we’ll see how many femi-hags still want to play rape-roulette.

  7. How about we all get a coven of gender studies professors to adjudicate where, when, and how hard we can do sex to women BEFORE raping them (heterosexuality is rape)?

    It’s 2020!

  8. Hold on, the defendant has to prove they’re innocent? That’s not how the law works, the Law has to prove that you’re guilty.

  9. Consent forms are all very well, but you need a third party witness. As a staunch feminist, I insist on only having threesomes.

Logic isn’t one of Megan’s strengths. I wonder how SHE got her job.

I know Labour had proposed shifting towards a presumption of guilt (ie the defendant having to prove their innocence) but the proposal never made it through the preparatory stages due to outrage at turning fundamental legal principle on their head. However, it’s still out there as an idea and the sooner we can target its proponents with a Socialist Tax and get them on planes to Pyongyang and Caracas the better

Take the time to learn what you’re fucking well before the time you fuck it.

    Words to live by.

  13. @BiG

Sweden has strange rape laws which was one of Assange’s objections to extradition iirc woman consented to sex, then after event changed her mind

Alternately, remember your dad’s advice – “Don’t stick your dick in crazy”.

  15. Wasn’t it along the lines that they consented to sex with a condom and then he didn’t use one so as he didn’t follow all the conditions of the consent it was non-consensual

There’s also the case of the guy recently in the U.K. done for rape where he had advertised for models then said they could get work if they slept with him and it was all a scam so the consent wasn’t considered valid hence rape charges, seems similar to the Swedish idea of conditional consent

  16. “If a woman forces her penis in to a man’s vagina is it still rape? ”
    These days, yes, easy.
And there was a case a year or two back where a woman was convicted of rape for being involved in getting a male friend’s penis (still attached to the man) into a woman without her consent.
