Words do have meanings

An internet safety service that has monitored the online interactions of more than 50,000 children has discovered that girls as young as 10 are using code words drawn from the Nando’s restaurant menu to obscure explicit sexual conversations.

SafeToNet has screened more than 65m texts sent since November and found that girls aged 10, rather than teenage boys, as they had expected, use the most explicit and potentially harmful sexual language.

“We weren’t expecting to see that,” said Richard Pursey, the founder and chief executive of the service, which monitors popular messaging apps including WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger as well as Instagram and Snapchat. “We thought it would be more likely to be boys than girls and in the 12 to 13 age group.”

Explicit has a meaning.

As well as overtly graphic terms, they use “peri peri” to mean a well-endowed male and “coleslaw” to mean a bit on the side, he said.

That meaning not being that. The meaning is implicit, isn’t it? “Big cock” is explicit, hot and spicy is implicit.

Sigh.

  1. “Children as young as 10′ translated means ‘We found one example of a ten year old saying this’

  2. What a fucking cheek these internet snoop-pukes have. They want kids heads filled with every type of perverted shite age six and then whine when 10 yr olds get up to fuck-knows-what.

You asked for it fuckwits. Stop kissing the arse of Marxist evil and it might become a non-problem.

Assuming this is something actual rather than a delusional panic–akin to “Brass Eye”-type antics.

This is like the dialogue in the film Species between the scientist and the cop:-

Scientist “We decided to make it female so it would be more docile and controllable.”
Cop “More docile and controllable, eh? You guys don’t get out much.”

Females like sex. They even talk about sex. But they’re far less public about it. Blokes will sit in a bar loudly telling stories about threesomes. Women will tell their friends how they couldn’t walk after fucking all night, but very, very discretely. What do you think women talk about when they go to the toilets?

  4. I have a sneaking suspicion that this sounds more like 4chan trolling the news media again, rather than anything that actually happens in real life.

But agreed, the female of the species tends to mature sooner than the males and have every bit as much interest in sex.

I’ve also noticed a difference in that men will openly boast to their mates about former conquests, and what they did with them, or indeed potential future ones and what they’d like to do to them, but they never mention anything to do with their current partner. Thats off limits. Whereas women will go into forensic detail about their current liaisons.

  6. Girls don’t actually mature that much earlier than boys, it’s just that the boys carry on playing Call of Duty while the girls start acting like Huggy Bear’s employees.

  7. I’m with Ecksy. You can’t invite degenerate trannies into schools and put fisting on the curriculum and then get hysterical about the consequences.

  8. There was once an experiment to restrict vocabulary in online use to avoid the need to moderate teen talk. The experiment ended when the phrase ‘I want to put my long necked giraffe into you fluffy white bunny’ was noted. I doubt this auto real time censorship is terribly effective when other backchannels exist to create code words with double meanings!

  9. “Girls don’t actually mature that much earlier than boys,”

My theory is that they do, but rapidly reach a plateau of maturity that they remain at for the rest of their lives. While men continue to slowly mature over time, learning the lessons of life. The cross over point being made somewhere in the mid 30s.

This kind of makes evolutionary sense, in that a teenage girl needs to be mature enough to care for child in a way a teenage boys doesn’t, but a man is given more responsibility by society as he ages and thus maturity to deal with those responsibilities is a sought after commodity. Women on the other hand were effectively useless to society once their child bearing days were over so there was no imperative for them to change behaviour. That is to say evolutionary successful men are selected for criteria including maturity, evolutionary successful women are selected for criteria excluding maturity.

  10. ‘SafeToNet has screened more than 65m texts sent since November…’ and ‘…which monitors popular messaging apps including WhatsApp.’

So does ‘monitoring’ mean ‘hacking’ and isn’t that a crime?

Not sure about the others, but WhatsApp boasts to be secure, encrypted so messages cannot be read except by sender and recipient so cannot be hacked: why Royals and celebs use it.

So how are they monitoring/hacking messages?

  11. Search engines a mystery to you, JohnB?
Apparently it’s an app monitors the keyboard input to social media sites. It doesn’t read the incomings, thus isn’t decrypting or reading decrypted incoming.

By the look of it, should be compulsory for politicians. Stop them making cvnts of themselves on Twatter.

  12. BiS, ‘ Stop them making cvnts of themselves on Twatter.’ You expect too much of technology.

  13. “Girls don’t actually mature that much earlier than boys,”

Umm.. They do.. By an average of 2 to 3 years. Girls start the Inevitable Change Parents Dread at around 10 years of age average. Boys around 12-and-a-bit. Plus or minus 18 months or so. Something-something-science and biology.. Setting up and fine-tuning the baby factory takes a bit more time than people realise, and quite often are not willing to admit about their Darling Baby Girl ( who rapidly isn’t anymore) .

The …researchers.. ran into one of those cases where Mother Nature doesn’t give a porcine rear end about their ideas of “propriety”.

  14. “Big cock” is explicit, hot and spicy is implicit.

Aren’t they both euphemisms and, therefore, technically implicit?

    Pendants please rule.

    Spot on

Agree, but for millennials cross-over has moved to early 20s and affecting “men” too

  16. It’s just a PR/advert piece from a company that sells ‘snoop on your kids’ software trying to scare us, so we buy their ‘snoop on your kids’ software.

Please move along, nothing to see here….

  17. Grikath,
It depends what you mean by ‘mature’. Biologically it is the ability to reproduce not a personality change and that is the definition I am using. As you say, girls have more physical reorganisation to do and start eatlier.

A case can be made that it benefits females to appear mature earlier, so as to snag an adult male protector, while it benefits males to appear to mature later so as not to look like competition.
